Join Troop 777
Troop 777 is open to both boys and girls age 11-17. If you are not yet 11-years old but have completed the 5th-grade you are eligible to join. Registration forms are available on this website and also available on Tuesday night. If you have any questions, simply email us at email@example.com
Troop 777 is a need-blind troop. A registration fee is not required, nor is the purchase of a uniform. Our troop has a growing ‘Give Back to the Rack’ gently used uniform program which is open to all of our registered scouts. No prior scouting experience is needed, but a positive, friendly attitude is required!

Troop 777-Riviera Beach
Congratulations to our Troop’s Assistant Scout Leader, Peter Fields and SPL, Jack Fields who both passed their Eagle Board of Review on Tuesday January 21st at the Gulf Stream Council. Both brothers have been in the BSA Scouting program for more than a decade, traveling to Camp Roosevelt in Maine, Yawgoog Scout Reservation in Rhode Island, Camp Skymont in Tennessee, twice to Camp Daniel Boone in North Carolina and numerous times to Camp Tanah Keeta Scout Reservation in Tequesta, Florida. Other camping experiences in Florida include; Westgate River Ranch & Rodeo, Oklawaha Scout Reservation, Camp Jackson Sawyer, Dry Tortugas, Chickamauga National Park, twice overnight on the U.S.S. Yorktown, Jetty Park at Cape Canaveral, Peanut Island, Corbett Wildlife National Park, Jonathan Dickinson State Park and for Jack, twice to the crown jewel of all camping trips, Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimmaron, New Mexico.
Troop 777 is Chartered by The Florida Fishing Academy. Its Executive Director is Captain Rich Brochu. The FFA has provided outstanding marine and waterfront activities to kids in Riviera Beach for approximately 10-years. Teaming up with experienced BSA leaders, this troop promises a strong scouting program that promotes community, leadership, citizenship while offering camping, hiking, fishing, rock wall climbing and more. BSA Scouting offers both exciting indoor and outdoor activities; from robotic to aquatics!
We offer Troop 777 Boys and Troop 777 Girls. Our linked troops share opening and closing ceremonies and many other activities. The troops share a committee, and each have their own Scout Leader.
Weekly meetings are held on Tuesday nights at 6:30-8:00pm at the FFA’s Marine Lab in Riviera Beach. Monthly outdoor activities will be scheduled, plus fundraising and other community service events. This summer all scouts will attend a full week away at Tanah Keeta Scout Reservation in Tequesta.
